SHIPPING & DELIVERY

* READY TO SHIP * please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

USA (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING

We ship all US orders via USPS priority mail which takes between 2-5 business days . All orders are tracked and insured upto a value of $100
I would be asking for signature confirmation depending upon value of goods or where deemed necessary .
If you want to use priority mail express , it may be available at an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL VAT, DUTIES,CUSTOMS OF YOUR COUNTRY.

Shipping address mentioned during CHECKOUT will be used as your shipping address and not your PayPal billing address.(unless otherwise mentioned)

We do not deliver to PO boxes and such at the moment .

EASY RETURNS

Returns are accepted when informed within 10 days of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, first inform me, then return it for a partial refund ( shipping charges will be deducted )

**Item must be in same condition as received.
In the event of a return, we 'll issue a refund once we receive back the item in its original condition with tags and packaging.

For lost and damaged items: Please send an email to me upon receiving the item of any damages. Include pictures of the item and of the packaging. Please do not discard any packaging or the item until forms have been filed with USPS. I will refund price of item only when item has been received.

Please note that light effect, monitor's brightness, contrast etc. may cause a slight color difference on items.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

We wrap each item individually in tissue paper for shipping. Please let us know if it's a gift and we'll make sure the attached paperwork doesn't contain reference to pricing and is directed to the gift recipient!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Most of our garments have beaded details or embellishments. Hence, care should be taken while ironing them. Do not place any heat over the beading/embellishments. We recommend steaming them out or hanging your garment in an airy place. If you feel the need, dry clean them occasionally after every few wears.
