Returns Policy for Kaftanbuzz

We want you to love what you’ve ordered! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below to ensure a smooth and easy return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and face masks are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at kaftanbuzz@gmail.com and enter your order details to start the return process.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return the original item for a refund or an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
